This is a 5 min HL

Look at how much Roger is using his forearm and elbow, grabbing Kostya behind the head, holding and ducking below waist level

Using his forearm and elbow and stiff-arming to hold his head in place or blind him to set up the cheap shot right hands which immediately follow it

This is deemed masterful defence and the height of slickness by many across the pond and fans of this style of boxing. I don't consider it such I consider it very dirty, unmanly and cowardly. True slickness and defensive greatness is being able to hit and not get hit via the application of pure legal and honourable skills and if you really are that good and that skilled you don't have to resort to such measures. It's not the occasional thing it's part of that style. A huge part. Case in point: It's a 5 min HL for goodness sake

Winning and outboxing your opponent without having to do so is obviously far more difficult and impressive and worthy of respect

Floyd fans don't like to bring up that Kostya gave Uncle Roger a beat down. Roger was copping New South in the mouth all night long.

 The only reason he was able to last the distance is because of that spoiling and holding and cracking and trying to crack Kostya with even more cheap shots all night

It's not the odd infraction it's a huge part of the style and game plan

The Soviet style was all wrong for Floyd as they know how to handle that type of dirty tactics. Probably the reason Floyd wanted no part of Tszyu or GGG despite calling him "easy work".

Yeah we all know that lad but he did say he would easily beat GGG and when GGG said he would fight him Floyd never responded.

Floyds a good dude. He once had a thanks giving dinner for 250 homeless people in Nevada. But those days haven't been replicated since. He's going through troubling times and inner turnoil. He's a shadow of his former self. He needs some exhibition bouts to get himself out of financial hard ship.

You know this might be a better match up for KT then many realize.
I'm not so sure how Mayweather would handle the power and strength of KT.
I know he can adapt but I might actually go with KT.
