It would look like a clone of Liston Vs. Patterson fights

 

Foreman uppercuts him into orbit.

 

Foreman in all likelihood by KO.
But it is silly for anyone to insist that amongst World Class fighters, it can only end within one round.

It might well; but there are numerous reasons it might go longer, including Foreman starting slowly, & Floyd, who was really quick, choosing to box at range & be evasive.
He could have done this against Liston either time & delayed the inevitable.

I did a similar thread but it was Floyd Patterson circa 1964 versus George Foreman circa 1997.

 

Not gonna lie, I was the one who picked Patterson by KO. Not because I think he has even the slightest chance, but because I'm an unapologetic Patterson fanboy.

 

I just assumed that was @NoNeck tbh.

 

Foreman would've beaten Patterson and fanboys would've gone on to create a case for Foreman beating Lewis based on it.
