I saw this fellow's fight against an Indian in the Quarter final. He fought really well. I scored the first two rounds to him but the judges saw it different. The Indian also had two points deducted during the second round so I've really no idea how he managed to finish in front.

Pathway Promotions next show is Oct 10 with Cheeky May vs Dib. Puzzling why they can't do what Briggs promoter did with a key busy fight Aug 31 as he awaits for Jikitou eliminator.Just as England awaits the Zaurbek fight eliminator.

I'm glad to see May fighting. He's a real nice guy. I don't know what's happening with Sir Jackson Jon England. His knight hood will have to get put on hold.

Massive controversy across the ditch with home girl Emma Nesbitt taking a Split Decision over 10 for the WBA Gold Atomweight title over Japan's Madoka Wada. Wada had a point deducted for a low blow when it looked anything but and should've gotten a stoppage win.

Another view… the referee has had an absolute shocker. Apparently Wada dominated the bout regardless, only to be short changed. I’m only going off reports online, I didn’t see it myself.

Mixed fortunes in the Commonwealth games boxing overnight. Three through to the final & three out with Bronze medals to show for their efforts. Eve Bryson (Welterweight), Paul Trainor (Light Heavy) & Lekeisha Pergoliti (Light Middle) all lost clear-cut decisions to English fighters. Would have been nice to get Pergo through to the final but the English girl she was up against was red hot. All five Australians who have bowed out of the tournament have done so at the hands of English fighters. We did get one back in the Women's Middleweight division with Emma-Sue Greentree winning through to the final on a 3-2 split decision. The stars of this tournament for us have been the two young blokes - Jye Dixon & Jacob Cassar. Jye had to overcome a 5-0 first round deficit to decision a long-limbed Ghanaian who stood a head taller than him. Got it done with a 4-1 split decision in the end. Into the final against an Indian. Jacob gets an opportunity to put some respectability into the 1-4 scoreline that currently exists between ourselves & the English team.

Speaking of Games boxing, a woman won a bronze medal despite losing every round of her only fight!

There were only 5 competing in her division and she got the bye. So her first and only bout was a semi-final. She lost every round in it but goes home a bronze medalist.

Ironically, it is her country's first ever medal. So she will go home some kind of hero and good luck to her.

Hass Hamden and Fenech call out C.J Mundine. Go and get ****ed you disrespectful ****s. He's had 3 pro fights how's he supposed to handle Hass. Get off it. Hass should worry about not committing crimes.

A big **** you to Hamden and Fenech who always had it in for Mundine.

Pretty lame from Nader. I suppose he felt he had to say something back. Even though Chocs ranted wasn't directed at him.

Props to Fenech for doing a good job with Tim but I didn't like what I heard from him a couple of days later when being interviewed. He sounds like a total control freak.

    I agree Danger. I think Fenech's a flog. In fact I don't think I know.
