Heavyweights throw less punches per round. Duh. Plus Crawford is a boxer puncher who’s known for mixing it up periodically during fights. And Shakur does have excellent defense. Do you deny that? Likely Inoue gets hit less because his opponents are wary of his offensive output during exchanges and focus more on defending themselves. He’s a knockout artist and Shakur clearly isn’t but Inoue has been dropped and hurt badly and is more susceptible to getting KO’d. Shakur has never been hurt, let alone dropped and probably never will.
Stopped Ugas and dominated Danny afterward. Accident didnt do Spence any favors but also think the reasoning is exaggerated. Lost badly to Bud because of weight draining. Lost to Tszyu bc he aint fought in 3 years.
He has an OK resume. Lost to biggest challenge of his career and went into retirement. He was good. He wasn't great.
The PBC effect Al Haymon is a master marketer (much like Trump) Plus he beat up Floyd in sparring. I never thought he was better then bud & didn’t put too much stock in $pence as I knew he was being protected & saved to age bud out & cash in on a Canelo PeyDey. neither ended up happening but it was the play all along.
If you ever wonder why champions don't take fights they have a high chance of losing this thread is exactly why. Because if they lose they know they are getting thrown under an ongoing bus. "His power isn't threatening". He's a WW with a 79% KO rate. Who cares.
He was good he was elite him being nearly killed in that car wreck definitely took something out of him to deny that is crazy.
Your username is work the body and yet you didn't enjoy watching one of the best body punchers of his era??? Help it make sense
Seems like you’re mad. I’d be too if I was a Shakur stan and found out that an offensive fighter (one that he and his fans trash on btw) beat him at his own game
He beat some good fighters on the way up, Brook, Mikey, Danny, Porter, Ugas those are good fighters. But he wasnt the same fighter after the crash despite what he was able to accomplish after the fact.
Spence fans love using the car crash as an excuse as if he is the only fighter to have been in a serious accident. The fact is he was a very good fighter but Crawford was just too good for him and Tim Tszyu pretty much exposed him as a weight bully whose power and body shots were less effective on a guy his own size.
