Leotis Martin's v Liston or Langford v Godfrey.

Fitz, Wilder, Liston or Foreman probably threw the hardest punch. The problem is with the guys who hit the hardest it masks the single hardest punches they throw and most of them are delivered in a fight they are already winning. So the ones that will stand out are the punches of a lifetime by guys who don't hit as hard.

Foreman v Moorer KO was a jab. Hard to say that was the hardest punch ever landed. Its one of the hardest jabs ever landed.

How about Henry Cooper's KO of Joe Erskine.
    Now that was brutal.

No I am surprised you called that a jab.

It was a right cross, short, compact, turning into it perfectly, cloaked with a pawing jab that moved him into the finishing blow.
    This describes it well.

That's it. That reaction as his face loses control was horrible.

I read long long ago that the right hand punch Joe Louis knocked out Paulin o Uzcudan with was the hardest precision punch on record

Reaching back to an old timer, Jack Johnson had a terrific uppercut, very little hint of its incoming and needing next to no room to launch it with max. leverage.

He flipped Jeffries head well back time and again during their fight.

How about Nunn and Kalamby? Of course relative to the weight division in question.

Beautiful timing, speed and placement all involved but, upon contact, it still sounded like someone hitting a heavy bag with a baseball bat: -

Marquez K.O on Pacquaio was brutal. One of the most precise, well timed and brutal knockouts I've ever seen.

I've long considered Tyson was the hardest puncher.

Tyson had an amazing combination of speed & power.
But he would tell you he was not the hardest striker for single shots.
guys he fought hit harder for single shots, although not as good.
    Bonecrusher, Ruddock & Bruno.

Effectiveness is not the same as pure power.
Since Tyson was so fast, his shots could have more impact due to how & where they landed, including not seen or prepared for.
