    He did according to Google and Wiki. I would of known that already long ago but I completely forgot about it and Boxrec didn't list the WBA title for some reason so I mistakenly believed Foreman wasn't unified.

    Apparently the WBA initially refused to sanction the fight but Foreman did win both the WBA and IBF in that fight

    Updated for Inoue's win over Junto. If Inoue beats one more top 5, he will tie Crawford and Usyk's combined top 5, like he just tied their top 10 wins! Wow!

    Sometimes a boxer beats someone in the top ten Ring ratings, but the loss causes the opponent to drop out of the ratings. I remember this was the case with Klitschko-Brock. That's why it's better to check the monthly Ring ratings instead of just the year end ratings.
