Itauma is Ali, Holmes, Mike Tyson and Lewis packaged into one. You put Godzilla in front of him and he'd obliterate him within the blink of an eye.

At least according to the pundits and experts.

Itauma is the most overhyped overrated fighter in boxing. As of right now. Regardless what happens vs Hrgovic who is or was another overrated hype job. He or they could very well be special fighters. But they're not as of this moment.

    TBD.

Two of those are currently heavyweight world champions. Seems a bit unfair to put them under the "prospects and contenders" label.

This could have been the fight that Bakhodir Jalolov worked his way into as a super-well-paid opponent. Instead of this he's ...

I'm not sure Kabayel could really get anymore inactive. Unless he fight once every 2 years instead of his usual once a year.

Some incredibly random names in that mix.

I'm not convinced at all Itauma beats Dubois ATM.

I expect Itauma to stop Hrgovic

Versus the most established names I cannot say for certain how he does. We really have not seen him tested. He could very well beat anyone on the list but I don't think we have the proof.

If his power translates to the top level, I think he is a real threat given his hand speed and punch accuracy from a southpaw stance. My concern is how he handles real pressure and adversity. What happens when the other guy doesn't go down? What does he do when the other guy can hit him regularly and can hurt him? Its crazy how far Itauma has gotten without any of these questions being answered. But I guess in the four belt era you become a champion as a prospect

He certainly *could* but there are still too many questions about him that need to be answered. Still not even 100% sure he beats Hrgovic, could see this fight possibly even being a Joe Joyce Vs Daniel Dubois type situation.
If Itauma's heart, chin and stamina all turn out to be decent though then I would favour him over all the mentioned guys.

Nah, they're paper title holders. Usyk is the real champion. Nationality doesn't matter.
