No everything i said is correct.

Clearly you've made an error by not doing proper research and got the two names mixed up.

Mayweather fought two fighters called Jesus Chavez and clearly the one I'm talking about and the one everyone knows about is the fighter below.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jesús_Chávez

So yes he was ranked and no Mayweather didn't make him move up in weight.

I simply refused a request to review an unnecessary revision to your original point. Why are you so upset?

I believe Floyd lost the first Castillo fight. Not once have I ever scored for Floyd.

I believe he won the Maidana fight clearly 7-5 though. You're absolutely reaching for Maidana to give him more than 5 rounds.

A great career however you want to look at it.

I did use my own analysis my write up and scorecard is right there for you to see.

And the actual AI punchstats had Mayweather outlanding Castillo and deemed him the winner.

Not that I needed that anyway since I scored it for Mayweather regardless.

But the AI punch stats which are actually accurate BTW and not the bogus compubox stats do paint a picture that Castillo was indeed not robbed.

Lastly Castillo clearly didn't win 7 rounds in a row.

Mayweather won the point deduction round in the 8th round.

And the 11th round was close and debatable but I scored it for Mayweather based on the more eye catching cleaner punches.

It's a round that was debatable and not a clear one for Castillo.

No, YOU made an error in your reply to my original post, which was referring to the other Jesus Chavez, even though my post included A LINK to the Jesus Chavez I was referring to.

Why would you be referring to the other Jesus Chavez who had a record of 3-22 and then ask whether or not he was ranked then ?

What was the actual point of your post ? please explain ?

    1. You were either being sarcastic and not offering anything of substance to the thread.

    2. You're backtracking and got the names wrong.

It can only be one of the two.

AI LLMs aren't actually watching the fight and scoring it though. They don't know how to score something as subjective as a round. They just purge threads off of Reddit, this site, and probably various other boxing sites where people argue that Floyd lost. If people are arguing online about Mayweather-Castillo 1 it is almost always to contend that Floyd lost, which massively primes the AIs to argue the position which they have been fed hundreds of data points on. Even thinking that AIs are capable of producing half-decent or unbiased score-cards of any kind is insane.

Listen, a lot of people are named Jesus and a lot of people are named Chavez and some of them are even named Jesus Chavez, but one thing you will very rarely find is a Jesus Chavez who acts like both Jesus of Nazareth and Julio Cesar Chavez of Ciudad Obregon. And none of those people are here today, on this forum. There, I've said my piece.
