Adam Blower - First Spar

At the age of 40 former wrestler Adam Blower is preparing for his first boxing match, here is some training footage.

I'm a trainer closely involved with the ATANG team and I'm personally supervising Adam's training for his debut.

 

But this is Blower

 

It's a brave perhaps foolhardy step changing sports at such an advanced age, not sure it will end well, but you have to admire his determination
