Both Napoles and Locche fought around the same time within the same weight class before they both became champions but never had a chance to face off despite having some common opponents. How do you see this play out between two masters of their craft? Would Locche be able to handle Napoles with his defense and ring guile or does he get beaten and outclassed by Mantequilla?
Napoles is miles more talented. Locche was very defensively talented but his offensive output was minimalist and not especially varied. Mean-mugging after a missed shot doesn't score points. As long as he fights him outside of Buenos Aires, Mantequila should win a comfortable decision on the scorecards in an ugly fight.
Carlos Ortiz was cheated out of a deserved win and ended with a draw according to some articles. Chances are if Napoles were to have fought in Argentina and outworked Locche he'll most likely be given a draw as a courtesy decision to Locche. Thing with Napoles was that he had power in both hands and can be a mean fighter as well. Question would be if he could actually stop Locche.
