A fascinating all-Ukrainian heavyweight collision over the 15-round championship distance. In one corner, the undisputed cruiserweight and heavyweight virtuoso - eaturing relentless lateral movement, deceptive angles, and an elite southpaw workrate. In the other, "Dr. Ironfist" - a towering 6'7" powerhouse with an iron chin, suffocating reach, and punishing, heavy-handed volume.

Can Usyk’s fleet-footed wizardry solve the size and power puzzle, or does Vitali break him down in deep waters? Leave your pick and breakdown below!

Official Rummy's Corner Neutral Ground Rules:
    • Distance: 15 Championship Rounds.
    • Weigh-In: Day-before weigh-in (24–36 hours prior) at the declared division limit.
    • Equipment: Standard modern gloves (8 oz / 10 oz) and a 20-foot ring.
    • Premise: Both fighters evaluated at their absolute physical and tactical peak at the weight.
Looking to keep the focus on ring craft, style, and 15-round pacing. Cheers!

It's a tossup to me, but I find it interesting, I seem to remember Usyk did an interview where he was meant to say if he thought he was better than the fighter being mentioned at each name the interviewer said and he indicated he thought he was better than Vitali but not AJ...

Rummy you made a mistake-this is the info for Spinks vs. Jones fighting at the HW limit, NOT the Clashe of the Ukranians, Klitchko vs. Usyk!

But I am surprised Usyk rated AJ better than his countryman-& do not agree.

Never mind the analysis...I will always pick a fighter like Usyk, who finds ways to win fights he should lose, over a fighter like Vitali, who lost at least one fight he should have won.

And at the end of the day, Usyk' heavyweight resume humbles Vitali's. Hell, a lot of Vitali's best wins--Gomez, Adamek, Norris-- where blown up cruisers.

D'oh! That was a copy/paste gone awry just before Knyba-Ruiz began. Thank you! Fixed.

OooooooOOOOooOOOoooo. I voted for Usyk - the reason, Rummy, for your video, is I like him way more. What a fight though.

Vitali has a huge size advantage here but there again so did Tyson Fury. That being said i think Vitali is the better fighter and would prevail over the 15 round distance

Big Klit's a harder, bigger, tougher man, Usyk might get the odd pop or flurry through, but I expect Big Klit would grind out a decision.

You can expect fireworks when you grind on a big Klit.

    lol @picking Vitali.

Thats like picking Juergen Braehmer to defeat Dimitri Bivol

Once again it shows who people want to win not who they actually believe will win.

Theres a style clash here and its been played out all throughout boxing history.

Angels beat straight lines. Multi dimensions beat single dimensions.
Adaptability and ring IQ is on Usyks side.

    Can Froch beat Ward
    Can Kessler beat Calzaghe?
Can Kell Brook beat Terrence Crawford.

Usyk is a nightmare style for Vitali.

Lol, Uysk is the Klit master. He outworks the big Klit over 12 hard rounds. I'm so getting banned.

    Usyk hands down.

Even in Usyk's short run at Heavyweight his list of big wins is way better than Vitali's best wins.

And seeing how much Vitali struggled against Byrd a slick southpaw who had a weeks notice.

Then the logical answer for me is Usyk in a competitive UD.

Vitali is too robotic for Usyk's angles and mobility.
