That extra fat protects his chin and makes his legs stronger. Whenever he comes in so light he gets hurt

With lazy people like Ruiz, we don't know if he trained himself to 254 lbs or used Ozempic to get himself down. He was also sucking it in during the Weigh-In like usual... basically lying him himself.

Ruiz has never had a caste iron chin. It's always just been average with good recovery which he displayed last night(with a little bit of help from the ref but still)

Not losing and gaining weight sharply.

Losing weight too fast can harm your body in several ways:
    • Gallstones: Rapid weight loss causes the liver to release extra cholesterol, which can form painful gallstones.
    • Muscle Loss: Extreme calorie cuts force the body to burn muscle instead of fat.
    • Nutrient Deficiencies: Eating too little means your body misses out on vital vitamins and minerals.
    • Slowed Metabolism: Losing muscle mass lowers the number of calories your body burns at rest.
    • Fatigue and Dizziness: Low energy and electrolyte imbalances are common with crash diets.
