    Thoughts?

Did Carty throw it away and dive or did the rabbit punch confuse him and cause him to go through the ropes?

    Carty v Allen.

It was from the rabbit punch, but he wouldn't have gone through the ropes if they hadn't been very loose.

Rabbit punch did land, but I don't think it was intentional. The guy turned his own head for it to land. I think he took a dive hoping for a DQ win.

Nah I don't think anyone is going through the ropes to face plant without putting their hands up on purpose

It was a strange reaction to go flying like that. Not an intention rabbit punch but a rabbit punch none the less.

I don’t know what some of you guys are watching. I just watched the entire clip, Carty bent down after an over hand right and it hit him in the back of the head, which is LEGAL, they later clinch, and Allen throws a right hand that clearly hits the side of his head, which is NOT a rabbit punch, and Carty flies out of the ring. Intentional or unintentional dive out of the ring, it doesn’t matter, he went out due to a punch. The rules are there for a reason and if you go out of the ring due to a punch, you have 20 seconds to get back in. I expect David Allen and his team to submit that it was a clean knockout and I expect they will be awarded the result.

Rabbit punches are intentional punches thrown behind the head, if you duck or lean into a punch and it whacks the back of your head, it’s no longer a rabbit punch. You guys are killing me with how casual you are. This was a knockout, end of story, and I expect Allen and his team to get it reversed.

From one of the angles I saw, he held the back of his head , then jumped out of the ring, looking for a DQ victory.

Looked like an unintentional back of the head, and the other fella clearly couldn't carry on after the crash landing so a no contest is the right decision here.

Dave Allen came in atrocious shape though. WTF was that all about?
