Grok, are Libras intimidated by Aries?:sisi1

Often yes — at least initially or when things get heated. In popular astrology, Aries and Libra are opposite signs, so they embody contrasting styles that can make Aries feel intense or overpowering to a typical Libra.

Aries (Mars-ruled fire) tends to be direct, impulsive, competitive, and ready to confront issues head-on. Libra (Venus-ruled air) prioritizes harmony, diplomacy, fairness, and avoiding drama. Libra often weighs options carefully and prefers to smooth things over rather than clash. Aries’ bluntness can land as harsh or aggressive, their speed as impatient, and their energy as exhausting or overwhelming. Confrontation that Aries treats as normal can make Libra feel attacked or off-balance.

This mismatch shows up in everyday dynamics: Aries wants quick decisions and action; Libra wants consensus and equilibrium. Aries may see Libra as indecisive or passive; Libra may see Aries as selfish, rude, or too much. Some astrologers even list Aries as one of Libra’s more challenging or “enemy” pairings because of this friction.

That said, the same opposition creates attraction. Libra can admire Aries’ courage and decisiveness (qualities Libra sometimes lacks), while Aries is drawn to Libra’s charm and social grace. When it works, Aries helps Libra become more assertive and Libra helps Aries consider other perspectives and slow down. Both are cardinal signs that like to initiate, so they can energize each other if they respect the difference instead of judging it.

Sounds like Carty weighed his options, and said... nope!

Apparently, it's the sixth-highest attended fight in the post-war era.

That's social media for you. Back in the day, it used to not be like that. Social media used to be a very harmonious place before the bad apples came in.

It was crazy driving through Dublin today - just Ireland and Taylor flags everywhere, armies of cheerful drunken chavs roaming around, like 7 hours before the card kicks off. The air in the city was crackling. You'll have to excuse me if I go all patriotic on this one occasion.
