George without his punching power is still as strong as an ox and maybe Saddler doesn't obsess over his power and he really hones in on developing his great jab, his punch mechanics and patience and overall fighting style.

George would still be good at cutting off the ring and dare I say, whilst he might not be as dominant, perhaps he may be a more complete fighter in the first career iteration.

Tyson w/o his speed would basically be David Tua, which means he could likely still find enough success to be a contender or even titleholder, but not consistently enough to be a true great/hofer.

Ali didn't need his chin until later in his career. Alis speed and reflexes is what made him great.

Ali still has everything that made him successful in his first career.

Holmes turns into a decent fighter with good speed, footwork, reflexes, defence, stamina, reach and durability. Nothing special, but lesser fighters have won some form of the title.

Tyson still has his power and chin. His career depends on how lucky he is.

Foreman is just a big strong, tough guy. I feel that without the intimidation a lot of what made him effective goes down a bit.

 

Ali and Holmes have a lot of similarities. Holmes without the jab would be more of a brawler and with his chin and recuperative powers would still be a formidable fighter, but definitely with a much shorter career. Ali without the chin would be like a Carl the Truth Williams, an excellent boxer but much more vulnerable to anyone with decent power.
