Super Boots will rightfully start as a big favourite and likely win via stoppage in the 2nd half of the fight but one thing I can say with the utmost confidence is that he sure as hell won't have ever have experienced slickness like this before in any US gym or ring, and that includes the British slicksters he's sparred over in his gym too like Jack Catterall and Michael McKinson. If PBK can lock in and switch to Matrix mode Super Boots will feel like a blind man trying to swat a fly

And I can also say with an equally high degree of confidence he's never fought anyone as handsome as PBK either. He might of fought some handsome dudes in his 36 fights but none of them are or ever would get within sniffing distance of Serge's Official P4P top 10 Most Handsome Boxers rankings

Another breeze in the park for the 29-year-old "generational talent" who is yet to fight anyone of serious caliber.

Kelly's loss to David Avanesyan really changed people's perception of him. I remembered how hyped the guy was when he was coming up and he looked like he had RJJ / Naseem Hamed-like qualities in his style. I honestly didn't think he would win a title after his first loss but he proved me wrong when he beat Murtazaliev. If he actually stays focused, fights smart, and avoids a slugging match with Boots I think he could give him a hard night by spoiling. However, that all depends on how well he's able to take Boots' power and if he doesn't crumble halfway into the fight.

You mean the same Bohachuk with a 92% KO ratio in his real debut in a new division coming off of 2 years off due to a near career ending battle with Rhabdo? Both were flash knockdowns and he wasn't hurt in the least! Yet Ennis almost got sparked by a guy with 56% KO ratio, who he'd already dropped violently! So Ennis better hope to God he doesn't drop Vergil! He's way meaner than Pretty Boy Zayas!

Boots is good. But another overrated hype job. You can be good but overrated at the same time. Most boxers are. Imagine Crawford fighting him 3 years ago? Lol.

Kelly did well against murtazaliev, but he got the benefit of the doubt on the cards when fighting the Champion at home... that should not have been enough to snatch the title. But well, we're in boxing.

Still it was a really good and way better than to be expected performance against a serious threat.

He will be too slow against ennis. I think that is the issue. Ennis is quite a natural when it comes to boxing and he is super quick and i think he finds the timing to get to kelly consistantly. Also a bit of switch hitting doesn't make the job of slicking through ennis' offense easier. And then kelly would somehow have to hit ennis more than the other way round. I don't see it. Not even in britain with hearn pushing ennis...

Ennis wins and kelly struggled to win any rounds. But I am glad if kelly surprises me a bit and makes it competitive

If he drops Virgil he's gonna stay down or will be done right after. Ennis is on a different level. He shouldn't be getting knocked down period against a guy on that level not once but 2x. If ennis got dropped 2x like that people would call him a glass chinnef bum and you know it. They already calling him that now and he's never been dropped. He destroyed Zander who's light years better than bohachuk

Madrimov most likely hits harder than Bohachuk, he's certainly the sharper puncher and his KO's far more impressive. Vergil was fully back at that point, without the ring rust and lingering fragility. He took Madrimov's shots fine! Don't get your hopes up based on a few weak flash knockdowns. Kavaliauskas landed he same shot on Vergil that he did on Bud, and unlike Bud... Vergil didn't go down!

Kelly isn't a legitimate threat; he has zero power at world level and has a suspect chin. He's tailor-made for Boots. Bakhram is still a harder fight for Ennis because of his style. I look forward to the day he fights someone that he isn't an overwhelming favorite to beat.

This is true. You never know how a fighter is going to react when faced with British slickness combined with high cheek bones.

Good for Boots, the Fundora and Ortiz fights aren't materializing so he is facing the other title holders. I think this sets a good example and he seems like he is trying to face the best available who will climb in there. Brian Norman did some serious gymnastics to avoid the unification fight when everyone wanted it.

Kelly is a talented fighter, I don't think he has enough to defeat Ennis. I still think he will present some problems and make it an interesting fight

Oh yes you are! You're just as confident as I am. So when Ennis gets exposed as the same kind of hypejob I predicted Itauma would be. I hope you give Vergil full credit! Zayas didn't have success running from Boots like Kelly will. He had success when he took the fight to him. Vergil is far better on the front foot than Zayas is or will ever be.:deal:

Pressure fighters who don't move their head are tailored made for Boots like VERGIL ORTIZ.

All Ennis is doing is fighting the only available belt holder because Fundora ducked and Oritz moved up, he's doing nothing bad in this particular case because there's nothing else he can do but vacate the titles and pursue higher weights

You'll be claiming the same nonesense when he smokes Fundora for the undispute title
