Josh Kelly has been unusually respectful to his opponent and has honoured the entire Ennis family by entering the legal process of changing his name to Josh Elly.

Boots is a knockout waiting to happen; Zayas had him on jelly legs, and he's not even a puncher. He's not even in the same league as Ortiz when it comes to punch power. Ortiz's win against Madrimov is a far better win; it'd be great to see Boots in with Madrimov, someone who isn't tailor-made for him, then we'd get a real idea of how good he actually is.

Now who did Madrimov beat ? Exactly. You're just hyping up Madrimov with a level of praise he doesn't deserve. Xander was unified champ, Madrimov was single belt champ and looked mediocre in his last fight.

Bohachuk had Ortiz down 3 times, Bohachuk lost 3 times once by stoppage and Bohachuk is basic af. Ennis is 2x champion. Ortiz has never had a single belt. The best part is everyone Ennis fought up until now, Avanesyan, Karen, Stanionis, Xander, and now Kelly are all tailor made when most of them have completely different styles. **** makes no sense, he's a favorite against everyone due to his talent and he's going to open up as a significant favorite over Vergil Ortiz when the bookies start placing the bets !!!

Yet you picked zayas to beat ennis and when that didn't happen you were full of excuses and no credit was given.:deal: He's not a hypejob if he was he wouldve been exposed and beat by zayas. I like Ortiz so why wouldnt i give him credit??? He's from Texas ffs I just think ennis is alll wrong for him that's all.

That's just how little I think of Ennis' skillset and even that featherfist almost pulled it off! Why would I give him credit? I've never rated Zayas that highly. If he beats Ortiz, sure he'll get credit from me, because I obviously rate him. But it's not the walk in the park that most of Ennis' fans seem to have convinced themselves it is.

You should give him credit because you picked him to get knocked out and he proved you wrong. You thought enough of the unified champ to confidently pick him to win.

Ennis was at least a 4 to 1 favorite over Zayas we aren’t all gonna polish his nuts for fights he is supposed to win lad.

Madrimov gave Crawford the toughest fight of his career, wasn't bothered by his power, and had some really good success, especially in the middle rounds. It's about the quality of the opposition. A fully fit Madrimov beats Xander, who is the quintessential mediocre fighter: no serious power or speed, questionable chin, easy to hit. He was down after about 60 seconds into the Boots fight from a shot that barely landed. That's why he was tailor-made for Boots, and he still had him in pretty serious trouble at one point.

Bohachuk didn't have Ortiz down 3 times, he had him down twice, and both of them could have easily been ruled slips, especially the second knockdown. Ortiz wasn't hurt at any point, unlike Ennis, who was on jelly legs courtesy of Xander and his 56% KO ratio.

Gary Antuanne Russell beat Boots 3 times in the amateurs; there's a blueprint to beat him, and when he fights someone who won't fall over when the first decent shot lands, we will get a good idea of how good he actually is. His resume is laughable for how highly ranked some people have him.

Karen was tailor-made because he stood square on for the entirety of both fights; Kelly is tailor-made because he has no chin, and he doesn't have the power to keep Ennis away from him, either. Just because they fight differently doesn't mean their weak points don't play right into the hands of Ennis. They can be tailor-made for him in different ways.

Boots obviously has talent, but calling him generational when he has no defense and has concerns in the chin department, despite never facing A-grade opposition, is setting him up to fail.

Ortiz getting dropped twice and hurt by Madrimov (not hurt according to you)

Ennis gets wobbled and immediately fights back, dodges 4 power punches in a row, beats Xander up after that moment and then stops him. (Very weak chin)

And then you bring up Russell beating Boots in the amateurs like some kind of gotcha when Ennis has massively improved and eats pressure fighters up just like he did Stanionis. Ennis gets hit way too much yet apparently he has a weak chin. Interesting
Karen stood squared up according to you meanwhile in reality he was staying primarily on the backfoot using lateral movement and orthodox angles for most of the first fight ? What the hell are you people watching

Kelly who has no chin beat Bakhram who you claim has a harder style for Ennis (in what way ?) Bakhram would be food.

You have no right to complain about Ennis unifying the belts to fight the champions even if you think the champion is weak. Next you'll claim Fundora was tailor-made for Ennis when he cuts the tree down inside 8. Then you'll claim Vergil Ortiz was tailor-made for Ennis because all he does is come forward chin down hands up.

People claimed 154 was a strong division for quite some time, now the excuses are flying like I've been saying they would. The next excuse will be downplaying 160 when Boots destroys everyone there after unifying 154 and the goal post will be shifted to 168

It’s called gambling you don’t make much betting on the favourite. Also I think Ennis is a good fighter I just think the glazing is over the top considering his resume.

He didn't immediately fight back; he was on wobbly legs for at least 30 seconds. Go back and watch it; he was getting tagged while trying to hold. A better fighter than Zayas, such as Ortiz, would've never let him get out of that round. A vicious puncher like Bakhram would've had him out of there as well. Also, I didn't say once that Ennis had a "very weak chin" - I said he had a questionable chin, which he does. If he never had, he wouldn't have been on Bambi legs from a fighter with average power.

Karen wasn't using orthodox angles; Boots was the one using unorthodox angles, if anyone was; if anything, Karen was highly predictable. He wasn't moving his head at all. It was one of Boots' easiest fights. Karen was meant to clean up when Boots moved up as well, apparently, but in reality he lost every round to Paddy Donovan and got put on the floor by him more often than Boots managed in 2 fights combined. We need to stop pretending these B-rate fighters like Karen are something they aren't, and that they somehow bolster Boots' resume when no one on his resume has gone on to achieve anything notable.

I think Bakhram has a harder style for Ennis because he's got a lot of venom in his shots and has a fantastic left hook counter, as we saw in the Tsyzu fight. The same shot that Xander had Boots all over the place with. These are the actual fighters I want to see him in with, not bowling over people like Lima and then claiming he's number 3 P4P; it's absurd.

If Boots beats Fundora and Ortiz, I will give him full credit after it happens, but I'm not going to sit around and pretend a dude pushing 30 whose best win is Xander Zayas is anywhere near the skill set of someone like Inoue, Usyk, or Shakur when there's nothing serious on his resume to back it up yet.

Nah you make predictions here based on who you think will win. You never once said before the fight that you were betting on zayas by ko because you like the odds
