i said before i think benavidez is on a different level. jai looked very beatable against a guy i would say is not much different in level to zurdo. but its gotta be settled in the ring.

 

One is saying they rehydrated in at just 151 one is saying they rehydrated to cruiserweight, I wonder how much is mind games. People who understand weight cuts say it's impossible for Benn to gain that much weight and he was wearing ankle weights on the scale in the hotel room.

 

Mikaljian kept landing that same short shot over and over. Not much sophistication on offense just slinging rights

Benavidez will throw more and has more offense

 

Heidi Androl got some filler or something. Her natural look is jacked up. Just age, people.

 

Happy that Benavidez is a true warrior willing to fight everybody. This has been a pretty weak undercard, ready for the main event.

 

Literally go back and look at this very forum when the fight was announced.

If 160-175 wasn't full of "champions" who didn't build a career off ducking and picking the right opponents, that resume would be a lot deeper.

Charlo literally ducked him when he was 25 stating he won't fight anyone without the coof jab. Canelo ducked him for years. Bivol and Beterbiev objectively after their rematch chose to stall out the division and not want any part of him.

 

stream has been 100% crystal clear for me all night. On fiber internet in Texas. Too many commercials sure but this isn’t the fault of the tech.

Both are insufferable but Conor seems to genuinely think he’s hot **** for battering a weight drained 37 year old that already battered him prior. Hoping for an early Ryan KO

All in all, I'm pleased with how Zuffa and Paramount+ have kept things moving along (so far....) -- and btw kept it as a regular part of the subscription rather than jacking it up as a $60 PPV which DAZN definitely would have done....

much of jais motion is leaning forward with a split guard, a recipe for disaster against a guy who loves to throw quick upercuts.
