I must agree with you but like I SAID even before the fight, I couldn't give JMM nor PAC any credit for that in case PAC had fought and won over CASA simply because CASA is at ULTRA prime at 36
Marquez. I like his fights. Me rooting for Pacquiao to win is a given. It doesnt matter if I like him or not. FYI, I kinda liked Pac more when he wasnt so famous. 1996-2003. TV fighter, fan favorite. I was in high school and he was worth staying up late, past 10pm just to watch him fight on TV as a flyweight in the local circuit. Fun little *******.
I like JMM coz he fought Pac twice, without this, he is only next to Erik Morales wherein Pac enjoying a convincing lead. as usual pac won this poll.
You had Calzaghe beating Hopkins???:admin :yikes How the hell so? Calzaghe kissed canvas!:admin :admin :admin :hi:
Did you ever take English classes? It's always implied that it is in your opinion when writing informally. Thus was the need for citing/sources for formal writing.
I thought the first Marquez-Pacman fight WAS a draw. I had Marquez up 115-112 in the 2nd fight. But for me, Marquez is a fantastic boxer, has a great win over Casamayor, pushed Pacman to the limit twice.....but what else has he dne. The win over Barrera was decent, but Barrera wasn't really at his prime then. Marquez has beaten a lot of solid opposition, and a claim could be made that Pacman has beaten all of his World class opposition when they were past their prime, or could argue that he was gifted decisions. Which is why I choose Pacman because of his style. He used to be an all-out brawler, now he's a bit more of a boxer-puncher. Sure Marquez has changed too, he's more aggressive nowadays and is also a fantastic counter-puncher. I just like Pacman more I guess. And I will go on the record now that he will beat DLH, and if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I also hope JMM doesn't move up and fight Ricky Hatton, he doesn't look massive for a LW and it's clear he's chasing Hatton purely for money. Which is fine, but I'd much rather see him try and school a fantastic division full of good fighters, which, a couple of tough fights aside in Juan Diaz and Nate Campbell (which I think he COULD win, although they would both be tight) he would do easily. To be honest, I\d like to see him fight Valero. I'd predict a KO inside five rounds for Marquez, and would love to see someone as well-schooled and professional give Valero a taste of World Class boxing.
I watched it but jmm was being aggressive for a change, that's what he is now on his recent fights.A marketing technique perhaps? For that i salute him but him being a boxer would never leave him. It will always be there, the crickets would always churp with him. He is trying to be like pac and be a man for a change huh? Can you ask him if pac is his idol? :good
