Marciano 49-0 Ricardo Lopez 51-0-1 Sven Ottke 34-0 anyone know of more? Marciano- obviously everyones heard of that Lopez gets no respect because of his 105 weight division and "ugly" draw on the record Ottke gets no respect because of level of competition but still managed to have an amazing 22 title fights!
German based Romanian Mihai Leu(Micheal Loewe as he was known) retired with a record of 28-0 I believe. He was the WBO WW champ in 97.
Kronk Fighter Jamal Hinton- was ranked int he top 10 when he retired from what i remember religious beliefs. from 1988-1992 he was 22-0
Being undefeated means **** all ! It's the overall opposition that matters ! Calzaghe has truly impressed me against one really good fighter in Kessler. If he fights against Jones the way he fought Hopkins...he will be in trouble !
thats true about undefeated....but was just wondering how many people actually did. nate campbell said before the diaz fight that an "O" means ****, just that you havent fought anyone....great quote by nate...
i dont think joe is retired.... good point on harry simon.... i heard he was training a few years ago...but nothing came of it..... harold mann i havent heard of...need to check him out

Actually, Lopez is more respected than Calzaghe at the moment. Check out the classic section once in a while. :good
Lopez is pretty well respected - perhaps not that recognised with Joe Public though, compared to the likes of Marciano.
