I'll go with Margarito. Mosley and Jones Jr. might be able to get some wins against the likes of Trinidad and Mayoriga but they are no longer eleite boxers.
If this was prime for prime I'd go with Mosley.

If Marg starts off slow, then Mosley will have a shot. If not, I will expect a wide UD for Marg.

cmon...isnt the only way to beat margs these days is to be as tall or close to as long he is....and get inside so margs cant get full extension on his punches the way pwill did? thats what i saw....pwill gettiing inside...hitting him...but not allowing margs to get off with tee'd up shots....maybe shane can do that....would be an awesome feat....go sugar shane...was at cotto/shane and live had hit a draw...thought maybe shane won....after watching the rebroadcast i can see how cotto won.....this would be something if shane could pull this off....probably bad for the sport though

Mosley is solid, but quite past his best, i see Margo stopping him in about 9 rounds....

If Sugar did somehow pull it off, that's him right back in the p4p mix.

Mosley's strong suits at this point are experience, a bit of pop but mostly handspeed.

I don't think handspeed is the key to beating Antonio Margarito.

Shane is a warrior and has great determination, but I think it will be a painful evening to watch for boxing fans.

    Margarito TKO10.

Margarito will win, will have to much workrate these days for a near shot shane to beat him, in his prime mosely would have won clearly though

Well, Shane does has his chances for sure. If he want to go at it and mix it up with Margo he is done before the 10th round. But if he can use his speed, land his right hand and left hooks, then he can get a decision here.
But no way he stops Margo, he is a tough ******* !

Margarito only because of how bad i thought mosley looked in his last fight! if the best mosley shows up i feel he could out point margarito and not make the same mistakes cotto did.Margarito is beatable just not if you fight his fight!
