Stupid thread admittedly, but has there ever been an openly homosexual boxer?

I know that Brown had a long gay affair with the French poet Jon Cocteau who eventually became his manager. It was for Cocteau that Brown retired after fighting Angellman in 1938. His affinity for Europe was understandable, not only because he felt that he could get a squarer deal there but probably because Europe has traditionally been more open to that lifestyle than the more puritanical U.S.

Rumours circulated that Donald Curry was gay or possibly bi-sexual. Although he did father a child. At one point during a press conference a woman was told to hang around him and look like they were a couple.

Wasn't Ray Leonard briefly a part of the "going low" scene, where men go with men but do not embrace the gay lifestyle?
