Tomasz Adamek (Ring magazine #2 at 200 lbs) is facing his hardest challenge to date, the Ring Magazine's #1 Cruiserweight and IBF champion, Steve "USS" Cunningham, for the Ring and IBF titles on December 11th.

Adamek is facing a proven world champion 25 lbs north of his natural weight, but this isn't the first time Adamek has come in an underdog. He was a 4-1 underdog to lose his first title match against Paul "Hurricane" Briggs, then an even money bet heading into Germany against mandatory Thomas Ulrich. He was the underdog once again when he TKOed former undisputed champion O'Neil Bell of Jamaica.

People are voting both ways on this one, so what are your thoughts: will Adamek pull off yet another big upset?

I don't know exactly how this fight turns out. Both men are class acts, but I know who I'll be cheering for:

Congrats, it will be great to watch it live.

What makes you so sure of the result? I am even less confident about Adamek's chances here than I was for the Dawson fight, but he has improved as a fighter and is not weight drained this time.

I reckon he'll batter Cunningham. I'm not sure many would actually consider it that much of an upset. Haye would have slaughtered Cunningham too.

They are both at similar level so I don't think it would be big upset ... its 50/50 fight.

It would be a big upset.

Not earth shocking news though, as Adamek has pulled upsets off in the past. But since they are fighting just miles form Cunningham's hometown, it would definitely be an impressive win for Adamek.

    How?

Even though you're implying some sort of robbery, it'd be absolutely no sort of shocker if Adamek won. He's at least on the same level as Stevie Cunningham and boasts a much stronger resume IMO.

    It's a pick em fight.

He would upset him, yeah, but it wouldn't be an upset, really. Adamek is fighting at his natural weight so he is a live threat to anyone.

Adamek is the more technically sound fighter. Adamek by decision.

Thinking about it, Cunningham dont really got nothing coming.
