I'm new here so im not sure if this is the correct forum or not so if not just move it :good

I'm 15 years old I stand at 6'1 and weigh 145 pounds...i'm extremly "skinny" and no matter what i eat i NEVER and i mean NEVER put on weight lol.... i know you guys have probably seen this question 100's of times before but whats a good way to put on some weight? It doesnt need to be a "quick fix" as im willing to work for what i want to achive! :happy

Also... does anyone know if theres a good boxing gym near Falkirk, Scotland?
I've been searching google and stuff and cant find a thing :?

I wanna start boxing mainly for self defence but to be able to go into a amateur leg or something further down the line would be great.

Oh & I recently bought dumbbells a month ago and every morning when i wake up i do 30 reps at 8KG.

Please dont post rude or pointless stuff in here... im dead serious here & i hope you guys will be too :D

Not putting on weight simply means you're not having a calorie surplus, the obvious cure is to eat more. If that doesn't help laws of physics apparently don't have an effect on you.

You're 15, don't worry about weight. Work out, eat 5 or 6 healthy natural meals a day, and you'll grow into a frame that suits you.

It's a boxing forum mate. If you can take a punch I'm sure you can take a rude remark.

    Now **** off :hey

Patience mate. When i was your age i probably weighed around 10.5 stone at around 5ft 9. Im 30 now. Im 6ft 1 and 240lbs. With age comes maturity. Nobody is exempt from that. Admittedly your very tall for your age and will continue to grow but you will fill out with time. You thought about playing basketball? :D

    Breakfast
    Snack 1
    Lunch
    Snack 2
    Dinner
    Snack 3

Where "snack" means small meal, no mars bars or **** like that. A snack meal to me is (for example) a handful of nuts and a glass of buttermilk, or a banana and a cup of yogurt.

Usually this place offers both :D
