and accdg. to you, pac has not beaten an elite fighter. so this tells me that neither jmm beat an elite fighter, and so he is overrated as well. what a logic

no one. fact is jmm hasn't beaten a top 10 p4p fighter yet. pac has done it about 5 times: sasakul (#10), barrera 1 (#3), morales 2 (#6), morales 3 (#9) and marquez 2 (#3).

This does not make sense. Why would he be sleepless? The way he boxed against Pacquiao, not once but twice...it speaks for itself. Regardless of whether a D or "L" is put next to his record, we have all seen the fights.

If Pacquiao wants to go on and fight Hatton or whoever else good luck to him, there are a lot of meaningful fights for Marquez in one of the hottest divisions right now.

Marquez will be burning inside :fire to put a loss on Pac's record after the way the last 2 fights went, absolutely burning! I hope he gets the chance, there really needs to be a decider to see who truly is the better fighter of the two. Unfinished business of the highest calibre!

jmm may be sleepless since he can't stop imagining the enormous amount of money pac is now getting fighting the likes of dlh, hatton and possibly mayweather. jmm may have other meaningful fights other than pac but it's the really big money fights which are probably what he wants now since he's also close to retiring.

Maybe, but he's not going to be crying himself to sleep. The whole thing is overly dramatic from the author. Marquez probably feels ripped off, but its nothing new in boxing, he'll be over it by now. He's got great fights of his own to worry about, while Pacquiao division hops all over the place.

I see what you're saying, but I think both men have no intention of retiring without another fight. They are on each others' minds and agendas IMO.

JMM will be pissed but he still has some good fights. I'd like to see him take on Nate Camble (who I think he would beat) or Joan Guzman who I don't know if he can beat. Either way JMM knows he's better than pacman but pacman has more god given ability. That's why he's so fustrated with pacman.

Thats how I feel, I think the promoters will let people stew over this and let the "controversy" grow and it will be a retirement fight for one or both, both more than likely. PAC may be young in age but he has been fighting for a long time, even before his 16 year old boxing debut, so I think he is putting on his last lap of fights and we will see him retire in a few years. You might even say its a victory lap as he is going for the cash now, though I would say that promoters more than boxers influence. I for one would be happy to see this as the final fight of each fighter before they retire and not take anything away from either one.
