If gold medalists get stripped of their gold medals after the fact, why can't the decision against DeLahoya be changed, to say, a DQ? He appears to have cheated before that fight. I guess there's no central authority in boxing so it can't officially be changed.
It doesn't matter now that I think about it, his career is tainted and will always be known as a liar and cheat when considered for the Hall of Fame. Let history be history. Mosley cheated, Oscar arguably won and Winky Wright became a name because of the chance Mosley gave him from winning the titles.
Easy. He was taking EPO, which helps increase stamina. Which means, you can train harder, and longer. Meaning you can sharpen your skills even more, you recover quicker to have more time to train. Where as Mosley could go 3 hours in a session, can now do a 4 hour session fine and still feel fine after.

Shane Mosley is a CHEAT official. The guy stated that he thought what he was using were advanced Vitamins. Little did he realised was Victor Conte (Founder of Balco) has documents and receipts to prove Shane knew EXACTLY what he was purchasing PLUS samples with his initials on them. Conte quote, 'Shane thought they were vitamins did he? Thats funny he was paying at times $2000 for two samples which he injected to the stomach....expensive vitamins'. OWNED.

This is a big deal, but seeing an interview with Oscar last night he basically said he thought about doing something to have the decision changed, but he just changed his mind because Shane is such a great guy. Even if the decision isn't changed, his legacy is tarnished for ever.
Tobe honest i used to be one of those that defended him, however i took one look at the size of the guys head in comparision to him body and knew he was a certified cheat.

I always found it humorous when people would defend his steroid/EPO use. "He wouldn't cheat, he's a humble guy with such a friendly looking smile!" :rofl
A guy with that smile wouldn't do something like that! Although I wouldn't be surprised if Shane comes out and says Look, my ****ing wife made me do it and she controls my life. I knowingly did it but Im whipped, so I had too. :rofl
