According to WBO website they have Rey Bautista still ranked No1, they must not have updated their rankings yet. Bautista was beaten by Heriberto Ruiz on the Hatton v Malignaggi undercard. Rafael Marquez is ranked No.2 so I don't know if he will now be the Mandatory. Medina was actually ranked No.4 !

if he really does weight 147, did he make a mistake? roach made the point that he may have shrunk his stomach so much that he wasn't able to get back his weight in time.
