I dont care that he quit, if he quits again, he'll be labeled forever but he was taking a punishment and I dont blame him.

    But he did quit.

No way, the fight would of been stopped. The DR and Ref were telling him if he keeps taking the shots he's going to stop the fight. Oscar would of never made it to 12.

Tell that to the people who paid 54.95 to see him get his ***** ass KTFO! He makes $50 million to do what? Quit?!?! Please. He owes a lot of people refunds.

As far as Cotto. Different story. He was getting beat to sleep. He was, and is, probably hurt seriously. I'm not sure if I would say he quit, but I wouldn't be mad at him for it.

    Nah.....

There is a bit of a difference between retiring because you are getting your ass kicked and have nothing left (Cotto, DLH, Tszyu etc) to quitting because you don't fancy it (Medina, Judah, Peter etc).

    Really?

Quiting to me is, you dont want to continue fighting anymore.

Which is what all 6 have in common.

I suppose technically they did quit, but come on......

At least the first three tried their best and showed heart - and in some cases plenty more besides.

Judah, Peter and Medina quit like little bitches.

Sure, and I dont it against them, I mean if either of the first 3 quit again, I'll label them as quiters but until then all they did was quit once.

    But they still did quit.

So when Cotto admits it was his choice to stop the fight, that's not quiting?

    so you put cotto "quitting"
right next to raul marquez who quit because he might absorb too much punishment and has a wife and kids to think about while fighting for the middleweight title and only in the 6th round?
where as cotto took a massive beating, was bloodied, swollen and knocked down and it was the 11th round? by a beast like Margo?

    if you do...
your a ****ing moron who knows nothing no matter how many posts over 10,000 you have
    :patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch

I'm sure all of those fighters would rather be labeled "quitters" and have their brains remain intact, opposed to winning the approval of some random immature loser on the Internet. Your obsession with belittling fighters and "glass chins" is pathetic and an overall reflection of what type of person you truly are. Grow up.
