Indeed. Remember the idiots who claimed that Mayweather would ruin negotiations for the De La Hoya and Hatton fights with his "outrageous demands?"

I'm sure Arum and Mayweather would be more than willing to put aside their differences for the payday that this fight would generate for all parties involved.

true, although probably not as much as Arum and Oscar hated eachother.

..and yet they still managed to do business together.

They can but Arum will dictate negotiations, Mayweather doesnt bring alot to the table anymore.

I wont be surprised if they tell Mayweather to fight Margarito first if he wants a fight with Pacman.

Disinformation Hudson. Floyd said Mosley would KO Cotto early and called Cotto a punching bag. After defeating Mosley, Cotto and Arum wanted to make Cotto vs. Floyd last year when it was in prime time but Floyd avoided such a fight. His bluff had been called.

I think Oscar and Goldenboy will play the middle man in negotiations ... add to that Pac has his own promotional company ... and might not need TopRank to promote a fight between he and Mayweather.

If it becomes a problem, i'm sure he can get out of it contractually ... since he does have his own promotional company.

I don't think that Floyd and Arum can patch things up between the two of them given thier history.

I think the riff between Floyd and Arum has caused the fight public to miss out on some very good fights ... because Arum doesn't think that Floyd deserves the money he's asking and Floyd will take any offers by Arum as a sign of disrespect.

    example ...

    Floyd v Margarito
    Floyd v Cotto

    and possibly Floyd v Pacquiao
