Bad undercard matches aside, Dana White can eat **** and die. I'm sorry that UFC lacks any depth of competition whatsoever and the few talented fighters they do have are reserved to fighting cab drivers and factory workers who have OMG Jiu Jitsu!...Train any journeyman in decent standup defense and they would wreck almost the entire organization in their division. It's pathetic. It's an economists sport. They pay their fighters **** and reap the benefits of their PPV cards because they're a "good value"...Mostly douchebags are UFC fans, people who could split their intelligence with a snowpea. **** MMA.

Oh, I know it wasn't Kelis, but the hooch outfit reminded me of Kelis. She has the rep, as I'm sure you know, of just throwing it in everyone's face with her outfits and that's what I was thinking when I saw Cole last night. I didn't really care much, just thought of Kelis.

The R&B version she did I was ok with. I think she had a moment, though, where she exaggerated her face and/or put her hand out on the one part I thought was funny.

The anthems weren't a big deal to me though I thought Cole looked a little hooch. It was the mess-up with the Pac music and all the dead time between fights and other little hitches that I found tedious and just amateurish.

I actually thought the main team did a good job last night, particularly Merchant (whom I'm not a fan of). He was so damn proud that the fight he dreamed up went off well, he was just glowing.

He got that bit right, nobody will do oscars ppv figures over the long term.
The man is a license to print money.
Dana is bitchy but it's fair enough what he said about the production values dipping due to the short fights.
I thought the hbo presenting team did a good job considering the situation but you would think they would have more things on standby as fillers just incase.

Who gives a **** about the production when the quality of fight makes up for it.

The UFC needs the whole spectacle because most of there fights are boring.

Couture vs Lesnar was free here and still nobody watched it, Dana White needs to shut up with his gay hug and wrestle second rate sport.

He wishes he can produce a fight as large as this.

No fight will ever be perfect, partially because perfect is a subjective term and partially because of the human element.

So what would have been perfect? Every undercard fight going 12 rounds? "Boxing has no hard hitters anymore. No one even scored a knockout."

He's right, that was a terrible undercard for $55.

I actually can't stand the UFC productions. They were all right at first, but goddamn its getting old. They have to hype every single fighter, however insignificant they might be, with their own promo video, show every fighters walk to the octagon, and talk to every winner after every match, no matter how crappy the fight may have been or how insignificant the fighter is. And they play that same gladiator music before every fight. I wish I could just fast forward through all that crap.

Criticizing the ring walk is sort of a pot-kettle situation.

There were several bars that played Couture-Lesnar but I didn't hear of a single one playing Pac-DLH. I was disappointed about that.
