Too dangerous. No need for Pascal to go back down that road with no belt on the line unless it was a fight to become someone's mandatory. Froch is the weakest beltholder in a deep division and though Pascal gave a good account of himself, he ultimately came up short. That's not to say he can't be a champion some day. I doubt that Froch will hold onto the belt very long so Pascal could win some stay-busy fights to stay afloat in the WBC's rankings and get another crack either at the Cobra or the guy who beats him. For the record, let there be no misunderstandings. Kessler is the best fighter at 168 and that will not change.
I could see a fight with Zuniga. He was suppose to fight him earlier this year anyway because Zuniga pulled out at the last minute.
Nope, Pascal pulled out. After that Zuniga was suppose to fight at 160, and pulled out due to some kind of virus in his blood test when he tried to get a passport.
It was a jmm-pac fight. A lot of leather thrown - especially considering the power these guys have. And with a similar disregard for defense that jmm-pac and many other similar fighters show. Call that what you wish.
i will love to see him fight Brian Magee first as a preparation fight and a little revenge against a brit fighter then go for a fight against a top10,Bika will be perfect, nice exposure and good war for sure.
bika is a good shout. there could be a froch rematch tho if big names avoid carl? what about alan green is he still a contender/top 10?
