Historically I'd agree on Taylor's defense not being the best, but it has shown dramatic improvement in the rematch with Pavlik and even further in his domination of Lacy. Admittedly Lacy didn't have a jab to speak of, and Froch's got a decent one when he decides to use it, but Froch is even more hittable than Lacy whose got a solid chin himself and was rocked a few times by Taylor to the point where he had to hang on for dear life.

Can Froch hurt Taylor if he connects flush with full force? Obviously. Will he be able to KO him? That's not so obvious. Taylor was broken down over the Pavlik fight and even then it took four or five massive shots to put him down. His chin is penetrable, but not as fragile as everyone wants to make out.

Carl needs to be more concerned with coming up with a gameplan where he can get to Taylor consistently without getting jabbed to death before focusing on landing a one-punch KO.

nobody should bow down to anyone.

but you should give respect to anyone - online or not - unless they give you reason to do otherwise.

i'm not better than anybody, but i'm a realist.

you're a coward and, over the net, you're calling me soft.

i've just sent you a PM if you doubt me telling you where i live if you want to find out.

you're disrespectful because you disagree with what i say and you're trying to be arrogant because there are no consequences for your actions over the net.

that's why you're so easy to read.

you dont live that far away from me.

    :rofl

Okay Skippy, you need to back to Australia. I don't know if they accept this **** there but you really are a disgrace to Scandinavia. I've never spoken to a Noggie, Dane or a Swede like it.

One thing there though is that Pavlik and especially Lacy are very orthodox and you can see them coming (for e.g. Calzaghe fought Lacy with his hands by his side and got caught I think once or twice?). Froch actually throws punches from some strange angles, and occasionally does put some pressure on and throw a lot of punches. If these can get to Taylor will he start backing off like he did in the 2nd Pavlik fight?

Taylor should be capable of winning the UD I think, but then I think he had the skills to do that against Pavlik too. I wouldn't like to pick the winner of this one. Hope it happens though!

you've never spoken to anyone like this in real life - even if they disrespected you . that's why you feel the need to do it here.

Froch does throw punches from odd angles and occasionally puts pressure on, but as we saw against Pascal he cannot sustain that pressure for an extended period of time. Taylor will cover up and move in order to weather the storm just as he did against Lacy. Unfortunately against Lacy sometimes he was moving straight back, which is something he needs to work on.

On paper Froch is simply too flawed to pose more than a lucky-punch threat against Taylor. In a fight though, anything can happen.

I never felt the need because they are excellent people who I have an affinity for.

You, however, are a disgrace Skippy. Danmark needs to closely monitor its incomings. Or at least tax your ass like a mother****er.
