Yes, You're right I just looked it up. I thought Watt won that fight. Was Buchanon at the end when they fought? Also Watt looked impressive in beating Howard Davis Jr. in his first title opportunity

has anyone seen the Watt-O'grady ending? The most perfect accidental headbutt you'll ever see, which gained Watt the tko via cuts victory

Yep. Watt was losing almost every round before that (and was cut up pretty bad himself).

he fought watt 3 fights after he fought duran and after he beat ortiz so he was still good and it was for the british title

    :think

while kenny was world champion he had also had the british title aswell and didnt vacate it until 2 years later. and in jim watts own words "stalled my career" as he couldnt move on up and was on a treadmill to nowhere. so watt and cheshire fight for the now vacant title

so when kenny stooped down to domestic level (in what really should of been regarded as a european title they just so happend to be from the same area). it was actually ken who was the defending lightwieght titlist...british champion emeritus to say.

kenny had a tough start getting used to watts southpaw stnace but after that he was well on the way a washout for ken...even past his prime ken beat a younger later champ.
