    For daring to fight a named fighter against insurmountable odds like physical disadvantage (height & weight), going up 3 divisions higher, you should give him credit for that.

    hmm... as i remember, what pac was supposed to do was to get KTFO'd by hoya within six rounds according to 90% of the boxing press and fans. :deal

    Now I know there's been a lot of hyperbole in this thread but you gotta give Pac his due. He's the undisputed P4P king. No one even comes to the achievement he's accomplished this year.

    ESB always overrates a fighter after every fight that he wins.

    This always happens to every single top class or up and coming fighter that wins impressively.

    I personally think it's just the endorphins talking.

    Let's wait a couple of weeks, then I'll read your posts again.

    With that TKO win over Oscar, Manny probably solidified his number 1 spot in the Mythical pound for pound rankings of 2008.

    But I dont think he's the absolute best fighter since 1983.

    He's going up the rankings pretty quick, though.

    Pac is a damn good fighter. No questions about it. Definitely high up there as far as ranking the best of the past 25 years but think about who we've seen since 1983.

    there have been some great ones. Whitaker, Jones, Chavez, Holyfield, Tyson, Mayweather, Lewis and a few others. Hes up there but I dont think hes at the top.
