I thought he was up on the cards before the stoppage?

I appreciate how the people who are saying "it doesn't make any sense" feel about this, and I agree. The fact remains, however, that multiple aspects of what went on seemed suspicious, out of the ordinary, and unlikely. We can tell ourselves all day that it's totally illogical that a fix went down. That doesn't mean it didn't happen. Reality is funny like that.

Unfortunatly, they are business partners, and questions about the fight will always come up.

no DLH didn't take a dive, he quit....there is a difference....he had enough energy to pound the mat after he got dropped then he had enough energy to get his ass up....

A liver shot doesn't sap your energy, it immobilizes you.

i've been hit in the liver with much harder shots than the one Hopkins landed on DLH so i know how it feels....you had it right the first time, is saps your energy....:good

I can't stand replies like this. I boxed and am now training in MMA. I seen the fight and thought Oscar quit. Get off your high horse and state an opinion instead of relying on "oh I am stating I did this on an internet message board so I know all" card.

It's just excruciating pain that hunches you over and immobilises you. But hey, maybe your body reacts differently to mine!
