    Lots of points being made about Manny being a nice guy and Floyd not being a nice guy.
    Unfortunately for the peoples favourite Manny, Floyd is the better boxer and will win any future fight between the two men.
    Just because you are well liked does not make you the best !

    As much as Manny Pacquiao is good for boxing & is an excellent fighter who will take on the best, its hard to rank him higher than Floyd Mayweather.

    I think Pac would give Floyd more trouble than any of the WWTs, Cotto, Margo, Mosely or Williams due to his style & speed but ultimately I think Mayweather outboxes the lot of them. He is/was the best boxer in the sport & he might come back to prove just that.... again.

    Coming from a PAC fan, Honestly PBF would rather retire than face cotto or marg..

    anyway, I also would like to see PAC vs PBF that's for sure.

    To answer the lead poster directly you can have greater achievements in boxing yet be ranked on ATG lists well below other boxers with lesser achievements ?
    DLH would struggle to make a top 100, yet his achievements are phenominal, he has won World titles at 6 different weight categories !!!
    This is because DLH only has an average record when getting in the ring with other top class boxers ?
    {losses to Mosley x2,Trinidad, Hopkins, Mayweather and Pacquiao} DLH career achievements are arguably better than most of the boxers he lost against ?, but by definition the people that beat him have to be recognised in most cases as better than him {i know that this is not always the case as a boxer may be 'green', may have been 'robbed', may be 'old', may have had 'an off night' ect, make no mistake about it losses harm a boxers legarcy take note RJJ and Holyfield}
    Unless Manny {who is only 29} continues to win against strong opposition for the next 4 or 5 years, he will not be ranked above Mayweather on all time lists, although Manny's career may still have a long time to run and things can change, he does not rank above PBF yet, and if the pair do meet in the near future Mayweather wins {unless of course if Floyd remains retired for a few years and then gets coaked out of retirement}
