Is Pacman ducking Cotto and Margo too? Pac is smaller then Floyd yes, but they BOTH should be fighting at lower weights then WW. Floyd is probably best suited for 140 and could most likely still make 135. Floyd making 135lbs is probably equivalent to the weight loss Margo needs to make 147lbs.

 

Not really PBF is only coming back for mega paydays he's cleary fighting for money at this point and feels that his legacy is secure. Only Hatton or Pac can give him that.

Miguel Cotto is a world class 147lb fighter with fast and heavy hands. A beautiful boxer, who can take you out with one perfectly placed left hook to the body.

Pacquiao is a former Flyweight who hasn't felt anybody's power above 130, the same weight in which he received hurtful shots from Marquez.

Who would I rather pick on if I wanted an easy time at 147....hmmm..

Miguel Cotto didn't start his talks about wanting Mayweather only when Mayweather retired, before that he was pulling the "I'm not ready yet and I'm a new Welterweight" card. Margarito on the other hand is a guy who has half a dozen losses and doesn't seem to be interested to avenge any, he can't expect major names to be interested in him unless they're in Arum's stable of course.
