Yeah, it is cherry picking. Stop trying to pass Shane off as this legit fight. Shane is old also, and a money fight for AM.

How can you even justify Mosley, who is 37 years old, looked like **** against Mayorga.. and on top of it, his best win since losing to Forrest is Collazo.

And to top it off, he's a cheater of the sport. He knowingly took EPO and other drugs.

Mosley doesn't deserve a fight, nor a ranking. He's done nothing since losing to Forrest.

Its hard to say because in the time that itll take margarito to reach the point in popularity when he is ready to be a mega star .... itll be close to the time for floyd to fight paqman/hatton.....

i mean you have to be honest.... margarito's first big fight was vs cotto

cotto already had 2 big fights against zab shane and margarito ... if he won it would have been 4 against oscar and pending he beat oscar it woudl have been a super fight between him and floyd... its really common sense and thats why i feel like everyone is ignorign me....

but lets say floyd fights paqman .. wins... and still fights on....

we could see floyd vs margarito late 2009 or early 2010 if margarito fights shane - cotto & paul williams and all the fights prove to be mega fights and margarito wins all 3 bouts... the fight would be to big for floyd to turn down....

hey, they both need a tune up and though mosley is 37, he still has the speed and ability to beat margo....can he stick to his gameplan ??? we'll see.....

but this would be the 3rd time that margo risks a lot of fame and money to fight good/great fighters......while floyd just sits back and picks people he knows he can beat....

And Floyd isn't coming back, Greg Leon who we know is a huge Mayweather fan said...

Sources close to former undefeated pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr have informed Boxingtalk.com that despite Manny Pacquiao's sensational stoppage victory over Oscar De La Hoya, the pound for pound Picasso has zero interest in returning to the ring to face the current pound for pound king. "Floyd's not even thinking boxing right now," said our source. It should be interesting to see if the public's interest in the bout and the pocketbooks of powers that be can entice Mayweather to make this dream match a reality.

    Risk? RISK?

    Mosley a risk? :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Margo knows he can beat Mosley thats why he took the fight for the easy money. There's no risk there.

Mosley is shot, and has done nothing in recent years.

I would take Mayweather's father as a far more reliable source than Greg Leon.

Stop lying to us. You heard Williams after their fight. Amnesia??? lol. AM NEVER asked for a rematch. He petitioned for a rematch. He lost that petition too. If you are going to talk boxing, at least tell the truth. If you don't know say so. You ain't gotta lie:rofl

Arum should offer phloyd more money to fight Margarito than he does to fight Pac ( as Pac deserves the lion share anyway as he is the draw and phloyd is the piggybacker).

This would finally and conclusively prove phloyd is a coward regarding fighting Margarito.
