zab started at 140 has been as high as 150. zab weighed less becuse he had been in trianing for almost six months when his mosely fight got cancled.:good zab is taller and usally weighs more then pac. here try this.

zab weight more for his most recent fight then pac did for oscar. he also weighed more then pac when pac fought diaz:good

not just that judah weighed 143 for clottey pac was 142 for oscar

I always make it a point. That's the way you can distinguish yourself from an intelligent fan to a nuthugger. I also respect all of you guys. This thread is for the fun of discussing this potentially wonderful fight.

I can see a lot of point of views and "almost" everyone has a logical explanation.

ODLH was ridiculously easy to hit. Floyd is a defensive mastermind.

He also has the power and quickness to hurt Pacquiao. Not to mention the stamina, workrate, chin.

It would be a good fight, but I would put my money on Mayweather.

If PBF takes an aggressive approach in the fight (like in the few instances against Hatton and DLH when he initiated throwing lead rights), he will give Pac problems.

But if PBF turn defensive just like his usual self, laying on the ropes, etc, Pac will beat him. Pac is at his best when his opponent is at the ropes. He will rain punches on PBF and some of them will definitely land.

Let's say the fight would happen mid-2009, then Floyd would be 32 yrs old, inactive for 18 months and probably shot, would it be too difficult for Pac to beat him?:good

If FMJ takes Pac lightly or doesnt get in proper fighting shape then he will lose but if the Mayweather that we all know turns up then I believe his accuracy & lateral movement will seal the deal for most of the fight.

Pacquiao will have good moments with flurries of punches, Floyd might be best switching to the style he used vs Judah every now & then were he is stalking Pacquiao & getting the better of him at close quarters, this will discourage Pac & likely make his warrior mentality come out more which means he will come forward looking to show Floyd he can bang with him... this is when Floyd has to play the defensive counter-puncher & let his superior accuracy accumalate damage, like he did vs Hatton, heading into the last 3rd of the fight - where both men are notoriously strong.

As long as Floyd stands with Pac several times during the bout but for the majority boxes from the outside then its hard to see a Pac victory... I just hope we get to see this.
