Yeah all of these Polish here bigging up their countries fighters but none of them actually live in Poland, they are all clambering over the borders.

Adamek = Polish bum like Golota was.

did I say that about Adamek??? I said that Cunningham wasnt very good, and I said that before the fight in fact I said that before he was ever set to fight Adamek....Adamek is good, but he isnt an elite fighter...

Try to disengage from this thread and let it fall where it belongs. You'll always have bitter haters screaming for murder, when their attention ***** is not getting any on a particular day.

True. Just seems funny though that right after a FOTY candidate, theres jackasses comming out left and right all the sudden putting down both fighters. Makes ESB look like ****.

After a fight like this, some people have wounds to heal and balls to lick.

It was a good fight, FOTY not even close, hell the fight wasnt even hard to score...the only thing that made it good was Cunningham got dropped three times, other then that Adamek took a pretty good beatting...Just think adamek picked up 6 points in those three rounds and barely won the fight, without the knockdowns the fight is something like 118-110 for Cunningham...but you cant take away the knockdowns, but that dont make it a FOTY...

You guys are getting out of hand, with all this crap about Adamek being the underdog and pulling off some huge upset when in fact most people here was picking him to win the fight, just because Vagas started him as a favorite dont mean ****, THE real boxing people knew what was up and they spoke on the Thread about Adamek pulling an upset...When most didnt feel it was an upset should he win...You cats are tring to overplay and overstate the fight and your getting mad at another that isnt doing the same.

Nobody is getting mad, and I said FOTY CANDIDATE.

If you disagree, then that is fine. But the majority of people who saw the fight agree.

Two threads before the fight, with two polls showing Cunningham to be the favorite. Right here on ESB.

    Yep.

Part of watching sports is making comparisons. So when you see two guys fight, you say "How would they do against Guy #3?"

In this case with Haye as Guy #3, not well.

That is, unfortunately perhaps, not always how it works.

Many people dislike fighters like PBF and Wlad much because their fans have managed to create a dislike over the years. Axe surely has created a similar dislike for Adamek. That may be a shame, but it is very understandable. Afterall, boxing fans are only human.

dude really one of those were 50/50 and the other wasnt far from that, that isnt most people that is more people.

Now I will ask you this??? How many American posters voted on those polls??? from what I saw it was about 10 combined on both polls. I know that, that question has nothing to do with you, but it proves another one of my points.

The majority, is the majority. One of them was close, yes. But the other was 10 votes off, it is close, but 10 out of 50 or so voters is a decent sized amount.

Question : Which is the majority 49% or 51% ?

Just because SOME of the fans were Polish does not automatically mean they brainlessly picked Adamek. I know plenty who picked Cunningham. Are you blaming them for picking Adamek then? The guy who they think would win the fight? And won the fight? That they were correct? So they should have picked Cunningham then? Maybe they just knew better..
