"I would love to go up in weight and beat another robotic white boy" It's from the site that is confidential. B-Hop UD 12 and after another division conquered at the age of 44, nobody can say that he isn't at least top 15 all time !
err top 15 of all time cause he aint, moving up to beat a weakish champ who has just come from 175 doesn't add 40 places to his atg ranking.
hater. Adamek stopped Oneil Bell and beat Steve Cunnigham with 3 knockdowns. How is that weak ? He also won a title at 175 and he is clearly better at 200, his natural weight. He isn't a blow up cruiserweight, no way. He was a weight drained lightheavyweight.
your a fool, hopkins is lucky to break the top 50 atg fighters at the moment and beating adamek would not put him up by that much. He would have had to beat haye to get anywhere near the top 30 nevermind top 15.
This would be an exciting Hopkins fight. Probably better than Pavlik, actually. Much better than Pavlik, come to think of it.
I am not sure Hopkins can do it. It is different to go from 160 to 175 (and beat mostly guys who moved up like him) than to go to 200 and compete with natural cruisers. Still, few years ago I would go with Hopkins. But another thing is that he is already almost 44 now and it will take a while to make the fight done.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Say it ain't so! It was bad enough I had to watch two of my favorite fighters square off in Hopkins-Pavlik! I'm not sure I can handle a Hopkins-Adamek bout! BARGHHHHHHHHHHHH! Say it ain't so! :smoke
I am confident that Adamek could beat most fighters cruiser and under; Hopkins is a certain exception. I am a huge fan of Adamek, but he would have major problems with Hopkins, and I suspect Hopkins would win this fight.
Wasn't there a 'robotic' white boy that kicked Hopkin's racist ass only two fights ago? So not sure 'another' is fully appropriate... Hopkins is small, slow and old. He's got nothing to hurt Adamek (who knows that, which is exactly why he tried to land the Hopkins fight at LHW). Bottom line, Hopkins would get raped. Something he - and many of the inmates he was addressing - have surely grown well accustomed to (and judging by his desire to live through it again, something he also thoroughly enjoys).
