Lesnar. Valuev does not train for strength.

Overall Valuev is a better athlete. Much better endurance. Valuev is also much smarter.

Lesnar is far and away the better athlete; he wrestled at a national championship level, was the last cut from NFL roster meaning he could play football at least at an Arena or Canadian league level, and he fights MMA at a world championship level. Three sports, all at a high level.

Lesnar takes it, but not easily. Valuev's arm length would pose problems.

COMPLETE horse****. Have you seen Lesnars NFL combine statistics? I'll assume not. Lesnar is an athletic freak.

Valuev looks like one of the most unathletic people ever! He is so slow and sluggish, the only thing he has is size.

Arm wrestling isn't necessarily about all round athleticism!!! Cleve Dean one of the legends of the sport-even though brutally strong-was a fat 465 pounds. BTW I take Valuev to win, because he has 4 stone on Lesnar and huge thick forearms ,from his pituitary gigantism.

You need to know the arm length as well, the short arm typically should win with more leverage as the tendons and muscle points are different, short muscley people have crazy leverage.

Lesnar is a steroid ****** sideshow. Valuev is a heavyweight boxing champion. Valuev has better discipline, intelligence and work ethics. He is a better athlete.

Athlete is not how many times you can bench 225.
