seriously, there is no need for thread like this in 1000 fights, there is no one Floyd would take, because, even if he would land a big lucky punch right on the button, the worst who can happen, is that BJ will be hurt and fall to the ground, then Floyd will jump on him, trying to GnP the **** out of him, but since he dont know how to do that succesfully, BJ will recover, then proceed to humiliate him and brutalise him in eleven different way, and I repeat, this is a scenario who would be RARE, because BJ Penn has an iron chin like all the samoan have. So there is no, I repeat, no way BJ Penn lost a fight under UFC rules, vs Floyd Mayweather. No chance.
Mayweather by submission. Floyd Mayweather Jr's ground game is unlike anything Penn has dealt with in his entire mma career. Sure, Penn has experienced take down attempts from Hughes and Sherk. So what? Mayweather is in a different league. I'm not even going to get into Mayweather's knowledge of submissions.
