****ing hell really? Moore has pulled out? Just how long has he had out of the ring sonce his last fight and how many fights has he had in the last year? I would have thought the tune up was a good idea.
I've boxed 3 times in the last 12 months and although i've not boxed since July, Piccirillo hasn't either, and he's 37 so worse for him than me. Plus i've had a couple of 6-7 month lay off's and it's never affected my performance. Just can't come quick enough now!!:good
Maybe, maybe not. I'm worse than Calzaghe for injuries so the way I looked at it was "what's the point of the warm up when there's a real possibility that i might get injured and the one i'v waited for can't happen...AGAIN!" I'll beat him, trust me, warm up or not.:good
I'd definately fight Ryan if we both come through, although there's bigger fights out there for me, i'm a boxing fan as well and there's nothing better than good domestic fight at the top level. Could double as a WBC eliminator as well. :good
:goodNice one, we need more fights like that- the top two British fighters in a division fighting each other. Best of luck against Piccirillo :bbb.
I hope so pal, i like Ryan, can't say the same about Small. This is how i feel when he talks...:?:think:bbb
