I'm sorry but Haye is not a walking punchbag. Haye had head movement, he knows how to move side to side, he knows how to close the gap quicker, he wont stay stupidly on the ropes and say hit me Wlad, Hayw wont let Wlad push him back after a clinch and get caught.

If haye fights Wlad it does not go 12. If Haye starts fast and gets the message to Wlad then I really do think he beats him. But he can't let Wlad dictate.

Wlad v Povetkin and then Haye.

If Jean-Marc Mormeck can put him down then the Klitschko's will definitely expose Haye's dodgy chin.

Prior to Haye fighting Maccarenelli he wasnt blowing people away, he struggled with the Italian Fraggomonelli (spellings wrong), Larsonn. and Mormeck was out boxing him and outfighting him prior to getting caught, its not as though Haye has never been hit, his defence isnt "that" good.

OK so he wants to start fast and catch Wlad, but you have to understand that Wlad adjusts to his opponents. Wlad prefers if his opponent is afraid to mix it up and just eats his jabs so he can slowly dismantle them, but if someone forces him to throw more punches and with power he will. He will throw the jabs and right hands and left hooks and Haye will have to absorb some of them to land his own.

Mormeck and Wlad are two completely different fighters. The Frenchman comes forward more frequently and is always throwing looping dangerous shots. Wlad's dangerous weapon is his jab and he uses that to wear his opponents down and in his last 10 fights they've let him do that. Haye wont let him. Wlad is not a slugger like Mormeck and it'll be a completely different fight. Wlad will need to work a lot harder to get to Haye than he has done for his last ten fights.

I do give Haye a chance - big punchers both of them...and dodgy chins on both aswell...but if it was my money I'd put it on Wlad. Still, Haye will make it exciting till the end...and I see it as a who lands first. But its not hard for me to see Haye getting caught on the way in...but then again errrm nah....

Haye will be lucky to finish the fourth.

If Rahman had tried to fight Wlad the way Haye will try to fight Wlad, he would probably have been KO'd in the first or second.

Maybe that wouldn't have been so bad, as he would have had a (Small) chance at a victory and produced a more exciting fight, however brief.

At this point, there is no heavyweight who is even close to Wlad in terms of technical skill.

He's unlikely to be caught a la Purity or Brewster again.

The only prayer any of them have, is to go for a Sanders.

They might just pull off the upset.

I ain't backing down on this - my money is going on Haye to win inside 8. I'll leave it at that.

I'll be amazed if Manny lets Waldo get in there with him. I'll give Wlad credit when he fights someone with a pulse & Haye has a pulse & even more. He has Explosiveness! Something that Klit won't like...just like when he fought Sanders.

You think Klit looked cautious tonight against a washed up Rahman? What will he do with a time bomb like Haye in front of him, ready to go off???

    :deal

Byrd had no power at HW. I don't think thats true about Haye.
