even before that, everytime Max mentioned something about Lennox and other boxers, he put a sort of emphasis on Lennox name.

But yeah that part did stand out more than the others

I'm happy he didn't demolish Hasim.
He missed with alot of his rights.
But, of course, beating Bonavena on points was acceptable for the ALI fans in the 70's--the greatest era of all time for heavyweight boxing.:yep
Wlad has to listen to a higher standard.

Yeah I've always thought Wlads power has been over rated.

Ali didn't beat Bonavena on points, but I'm sure you have a point.

Exactly. I was thinking the same thing while watching the fight. The Rock was obviously baiting Wlad but he was too smart for his tricks.

Which would explain his amazingly high knockout ratio in his wins.

It is over-rated, over-rated as hell. If you have Hasim Rahman in desperate trouble and can't finish him, you don't hit very hard.

The problem is the American up and coming kids do not keep up with boxing. America is where the type of fighters your looking from come from. Boxing did it to itself. To many ppv's have killed boxing here in the usa. MMA is taking over boxing here in the usa its time to face the facts. I bet 80% of Americans can't tell you who the heavyweight champions are. Its ashame it has got to that point. I Klitschko should have some fights on one of the big networks here so more people may find out who some of these champions are. With the all of the job losses here in the usa maybe boxing can make a comeback here in the usa.

That would make sense... if he didn't finish him. The ref simply stopped it before we got to see a brutal knockout. Although, I don't expect you to make a logical statement.

A highlight KO was waiting, but the ref prevailed it.

    Klitschko hits very hard

He hit Rahman with everything but the kitchen sink and he was still on his feet. I wouldn't go so far as to say Rahman has a glass jaw but he can be knocked out by hard hitters.

Read that last sentence again, then compute.

Don't talk to me about logical statements either, you're the one that's accusing Haye of ducking WALDO because VITLAY has stepped up to the plate while WALDO sits quietly in the background. Logic is something you know nothing about.

We'd have waited all night for a highlight KO, and it still wouldn't have arrived. WALDO hit Rahman with his best shots and he was still standing. Yes the referee stepped in, but WALDO had 7 rounds to knock Rahman out and couldn't do it :deal

So... I take it that you don't think David Tua hits hard either?

Ali stopped Bonavena in the last round.

Did Tua hit Rahman with as many shots as WALDO did?

Rahman was dead on his feet in that 6th round, on the ropes waiting to be finished and what happened?

WALDO won tonight, but it was nothing to write home about.
