Late 15th round questionable KO, Pal. Now that's dominating!
And, yes, I have made my point.
You guys chew Wlad a new one for going that long... He eats Bonavena early--he was a small guy 5"11 210 lbs.
    Get real.

Phil Jackson fought both Lewis, and Wladimir Klitschko... and he said that Wlad hits much harder than Lewis.

Jameel McCline, well known for being Lennox Lewis' long time sparring partner, said that Wladimir Klitschko hits harder with both hands than any fighter he has ever been in the ring with, sparring, or fighting.

So, I guess that these guys, who have hands on experience.... obviously know less about this subject than Fighting Weight, a known Klitschko hater.

Klitschko did what was expected of him against Rahman. I don't really see his performance as being disappointing, or extremely impressive (given whom he was fighting), or surprising. Wlad is the #1 HW in the world and Rahman is well, an old Rahman.

I expected Wlad to dominate and kicked Hasim's ass, and he did. The only thing that surprised me is that Rahman actually took a lot of shots and stayed on his feet.

Tua landed his best flush power shots on Rahman in the first fight, including a huge left hook after the bell. He failed to knock Rahman out like you are saying as well. Tua also had Rahman in serious trouble, SEVERAL times in their second fight... and couldn't do anything with it. I guess that by your expert standards... Tua doesn't hit hard. Thanks for letting us know. We all know now that Tua doesn't hit hard, and neither does Corrie Sanders. Wlad of course, hits like a pansy, because he battered Rahman around the ring without really unloading on him. When he beat him down enough, and finally turned on the gas, the ref jumped in and saved Rahman.... so of course, this means that Wlad doesn't hit that hard. Those one punch knockouts were complete flukes as well.

Maybe round 8 would have been different.

BTW... after Rahman had fought both Corrie Sanders and Lewis... when asked who is the hardest puncher that he ever faced... Rahman said that it was Corrie Sanders. He said that Lennox hits very hard too, but punch for punch, Corrie Sanders hit harder.

However, we now know... by fighting weights expert wisdom... that Corrie Sanders, David Tua, and Wladimir Klitschko are not hard hitters.

Wlad's jab is the equivalent of some fighters cross, it's so sharp. It is, in effect, a power punch. Why should he let these guys punch him? Larry Holmes was often content to jab and right cross. Admittedly he had some better opponents, but that's not Wlad's fault. And after that last fight by Arreola, does anyone really think Arreola wouldn't get KO'd by Wlad unless he lands a lucky punch? The only guy that could beat Wlad, outside of a lucky bomb, is Vitali, and that fight is never going to happen.

As for Haye, let him earn his shot. If his chin was suspect at cruiser, he would be hurt by Wlad's first jab.

You haven't made a point at all, you said Ali beat Bonavena on points, now you've obviously rushed to the Klit-ites favourite site (boxrec) and called it a questionable KO

Bonavena was a small guy yes, you've got that right (obviously from boxrec again)

I'm just off to boxrec to check how big Sultan was :good

So we're to take your word (a known Klitschko nut-hugger) for it over mine then?

Jackson was well on the slide when he fought WALDO, I guess his memory wasn't too good by that point - and don't forget he didn't fight prime Lewis either, he fought the Correa trained version, different animal to the later version (please argue that point, it's a trap)

As for McCline, he was a sparring partner for Gods sake - had he actually had a competitive fight with Lewis his answer might be different.

The fact of the matter is, Lewis hit prime Rahman with his best shot and laid him out - WALDO was hitting over the hill Rahman with everything but the kitchen sink and stopped him on his feet.

    Spin away, nut-hugger :good

The stoppage was fine. Bonavena was done.

You already blessed us with your amazing insight Fighting Weight. No need to go further. We now know that Wlad, Tua, and Corrie Sanders are weak punchers. Thanks for laying your expert wisdom on us.

    Yep, more spin :rofl

WALDO had the gas turned on for 2 rounds before the ref stopped it, he couldn't put Rahman away. It was unimpressive yet you're trying to start a circle jerk over a so-called triple left hook :rofl

Feel free to point out these one punch knockouts that WALDO has had against meaningful opposition, I'm all ears.

Yeah cos Rahman is really going to show respect to Lewis after the way Lewis treated him isn't he? Lewis behaved like a ***** after the Rahman rematch and I suspect bad feelings run very deep between the two of them even to this day.

Ask Rahman the question tonight and see what he says. If he still says Sanders then you nut-huggers have still got your excuse for 'that' fight :deal

I suspect you're making this **** up anyway, but I'll humour you.
