I think it would be a very good fight; certainly no mismatch.

Well let me spell it out for you then.

You got one Calzaghe-hater and occasional troll, posting a snide comment on Calzaghe's resume. And then you get another rather frequent Calzaghe basher and self-admitted troll post "very sad" (in reference to that same post).

Given how so many of your threads and posts are out to take a swipe at Calzaghe, even on topics and in threads totally unrelated to Calzaghe, it's ironic that you would describe his resume as very sad, when what's really sad is your obsession.

But you're probably already aware of this as a number of others have pointed it out to you.

Bit bemused at the negativity towards this fight? Why would you not want to see this? Genuine super fight. I think i know the answer as to why so many people are hating.............

I am not a Calzaghe hater, and if you actually read the posts I have made in the past none of them are the way in which you describe.

I made one post about making fun of Calzaghe nuthuggers, and you seemed to take extra offense to it.

SOOO, nice try... but you in fact are blindly mistaken

Where did I say it bothered me ?

Pointing out your nature is scarcely a sign that something is bothering me.

I have never started a troll thread on here because IMO, it's immature and a waste of time and make you look like a twit from junior high.

I'm a fan of a lot of boxers. My top alltime six in terms of raw talent are all Americans, and 9 of my alltime top 10 heavies are Americans.

You post a self-confessed troll thread.

On a night when Pac triumphs.

When many, maybe most, Calzaghe fans are also Pac fans.

Oh yeah, it's the Calzaghe FANS you're aiming at, but then why is it Calzaghe who is attacked. i've heard that excuse before.

A few months ago, there were a lot of Pac franatics on here, and some of them were over the top. i never felt like attacking Pac just because of the antics of some of his fans. In fact, some of them were funny. They were labeled *******s, and eventually, some of them were self-described *******s.

Some of the more extreme Calzaghe fans on here are funny too, and admittedly, from time to time, seem to be trying to get a reaction from the haters.

I'm not about to get into a lengthy debate on the nuances involved in being a Calzaghe-hater versus a Calzaghe-huthugger-hater, but if you want to be taken seriously, and apparently you do, it's probably better to stick to serious posts that are personality-neutral, or pro your favourite boxers, rather than trolling, in any of its forms.

Point taken, but I just am drawn toward confrontation , I mean I was pre-law... I like debating, even if its an immature argument, it can still be fun... for me at least.

But when the 1st thing I see after the Pac win are posts attempting to discredit the win simply out of a blind obsession with another fighter (in this case Calzaghe) I get a little perturbed

Even right as we speak there is some more Euro vs America trash going on in some other thread, its getting really old. And its easy to sucked into arguing with some of the jokes posters like Arran or Pugilist .

    Fair enough.

    We're all good.

There's times I see something that I should just leave alone since it doesn't really matter, but the confrontationist in me just won't let me.

    Maybe it's a disease.:good
