Because he TKOed DLH? Invalid, doesn't affect this fight at all.

I'll admit, back when I picked Forbes half-seriously by TKO I had no idea how well Pacquiao would wear the extra weight. I now doubt many could stop him at 140. However, beating an Oscar that didn't show up doesn't automatically mean that Manny won't have serious trouble with the style of someone like Forbes. Yes Forbes lost to a shot Oscar, but that Oscar was much bigger, and actually showed up to that fight.

If Pacquiao somehow were able to handle Forbes' style it might give a good indication of his chances against PBF.

Of course, this fight isn't even remotely likely to happen as Pac is on the fast track to blockbuster events for the rest of his career now.

DLH showed up...Pac just hurt him with combinations and made him reluctant to throw punches as he did with Forbes. Watching the 1st round, DLH still had that speed, was jabbing and was throwing combo's but missing. Pac's combinations pretty much stopped Oscar on his tracts, unlike Forbes, they had serious pop.

    Pac by TKO through accumulation.

    Pac wide UD.

Forbes is super slick. He's not just going to get hit with shots. Berto threw everything he had at Forbes and got in only a handful of flush shots. Forbes also stunned Berto a couple of times by timing him. I can see Forbes timing Pacman a few times but not doing enough to win. I don't think Forbes gets KOed. Well, maybe because we are talking about Pacman, the P4P best fighter in the world but i think Forbes goes the distance.

Hopefully it will never happen because Pacquiao really doesnt need to fight Forbes. Pacman wins by stoppage in the 10th
