i think the prblem is that Haye doesn't know how to bank rounds and fight for a decision. there's no way he knocks vitali out and my bet is he gets caught trying to do so. he should go in there with a pot shot and keep away game plan if he wants to win. unfortunately this isn't one that he should be going out trying to create fireworks in, his only hope is fight a boring keep away fight to a points win.
Seriously, David had a good shot at heavyweight glory, but instead of taking 4-5 fights to settle into his new weight and hone his skills he has gone straight for the most dangerous man in the division. There is a fine line between bravery and stupidity and David has crossed that line. Why Why Why would you fight a guy who pretty much cannot be knocked out when that is your only chance of winning? Vitali had a mandatory, why not let him take that and go after Wladamir? David Haye, you have ruined your career and have only yourself to blame
Im a huge David Haye fan and I agree completely. He should fight atleast two top10 guys before going for Klitschkos.
I totally agree. I actually posted this earlier. he could have feasted on this weak division for a couple of years and then went for Wlad. He should've kept Vitali's name out of his mouth :deal
He just wants to cash in with at least 1 BIG fight and if he ever loses, it's all over..That's why !!
david haye is the man thats why he wants to fight the best, anybody giving him nay **** for going after the ebst is a first class fool. You see everyday people caliming so and so is ducking so and so, yet haye goes for the best and now people are complaining about that.atsch
Who knows how many fights Vitai actually has left. I suspect Haye wants the chance to beat him before Vitali retires for good. Not that I rate his chances of doing so, but you have to show the guy a little respect for having the balls to jump into this fight.
Because it will be the end of him, that's why. Vitali is the ONE guy Haye has zero chance against, he will get starched so badly.
I'm not complaining about it you Jackass atsch I just think it was a bad career move for him. What happens if Vitali destroys him???? A few more fights, maybe against Sam Peter or Tony Thompson to deal with the height or some other decent heavyweights would give him a much better feeling of how he would actually do against Vitali. At the same time it would make him a lot of money and build up his resume and legacy at heavywweight. This is a very very risky move for him....and an unnecessary one :deal
Give the credit for going after the hardest opponents. I hate cherry pickers and fighters trying to take the path of least resistance to the title. Haye has heart, courage and respect for the intelligence of fans.
